CACC Quarterfinals: Wildcats earn 3-1 win over Goldey-Beacom to advance to Semifinals

The Wilmington University women’s soccer team is advancing to the CACC Tournament Semifinals as the team defeated the Goldey-Beacom College Lightning 3-1 in the Quarterfinals on Tuesday.

The standouts in the game for the Wildcats were midfielder Julia Yuhase, midfielder Kasie Lambert, forward Lauren Hoelke, defender Samantha Emmi, midfielder Jimena Garcia Risoto, and goalkeeper Emily Camp.

Yuhase had one assist.

Lambert had four shots, three shots on the goal, and one assist.

Hoelke had five shots, one on the goal, and one goal.

Emmi had one shot, one shot at the goal, and one goal.

Garcia Risoto had one shot, one shot at the goal, and one goal.

Camp had five shots at the goal, allowed one goal, and had four saves in 90 minutes.
