CACC Quarterfinals: Genus earns hat trick in Wilmington’s 6-0 win over Felician

The Wilmington University men’s soccer team is advancing to the CACC Tournament Semifinals as the team defeated the Felician University Golden Falcons 6-0 in the Quarterfinals on Monday. The win also gave Wildcats head coach Nick Papanicolas the 200th victory of his coaching career.

The standouts in the game for the Wildcats were forward Shawn Genus, forward Shoki Yoshida, midfielder Marius Skattum Dahl, midfielder Marcus Hedemann, forward Hakim Williams, defender Max Norden, midfielder Deshawn Bernard, and goalkeeper Konstantinos Parisis.

Genus had seven shots, three shots at the goal, and three goals.

Yoshida had five shots, five shots at the goal, and two goals.

Skattum Dahl had two shots, one shot at the goal, and one assist.

Hedemann had one assist.

Williams had one assist.

Norden had one shot, one shot at the goal, and one goal.

Bernard had one shot, one shot at the goal, and an assist.

Parisis had one shot at the goal and allowed zero goals in 90 minutes of play.
