WilmU scores early in the first period
The first goal of the game came when Kasie Lambert would get a penalty kick to go in the net, which gave Wilmington a 1-0 lead at the 10:02 minute mark.

Wilmington add two more goals in the second period
The Wildcats were not done adding to their lead just yet as Alicia Whyte would score her first goal of the season at the 66:22 minute mark to put her team up 2-0. Alex Keck would assist with Whyte’s goal.
WilmU’s final goal would be at the 77:21 minute mark, with Emily Navarrete also scoring her first goal of the season to give her team a 3-0 win.
