After a three game improvement to a 7-4 record last season, the national media sees the fire burning bright at University of Delaware which is getting the football team ranked high in a lot of top 25 FCS Preseason Polls.
On Tuesday, Hero Sports released their annual Preseason FCS Top 25 Preseason Poll and the site ranked the Hens ninth on the list.
The site also named their first and second All-America Team and two Blue Hens made the second team. The two Hens were defensive back Nasir Adderley and linebacker Troy Reeder.

Adderley had 78 total tackles, 42 solo tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and five interceptions last season.
Reeder had 89 tackles, 34 solo, 1.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery and one interception last season.
