The Goldey-Beacom women’s soccer team picked up their fourth win of the season on Wednesday with a 4-0 victory over the College of Staten Island Dolphins.
The standouts in the game for the Lightning were sophomore forward/defender Angela Lee, sophomore forward Alyssa Ruggeri, freshman forward Mariah McQueen, sophomore defender/midfielder Alex Lowry, sophomore midfielder Paulimar Coll, sophomore goalkeeper Jennifer Mejia and sophomore goalkeeper Nikki Cashin.
Lee had six shots, three shots at the goal, and scored one goal in the win.
Ruggeri had eight shots, five shots at the goal, scored one goal, and had one assist in the game.
McQueen had three shots, three shots at the goal, and scored one goal in the win.
Lowry had four shots, one at the goal, and one assist in the game.
Coll had three shots, two shots at the goal, and scored one goal in the win.
Cashin allowed zero goals in 81 minutes and 29 seconds and had two saves in the game.
Mejia allowed zero goals in eight minutes and 31 seconds and had one save in the game.
