The Wilmington University men’s soccer team earned their first win of the regular season on Wednesday as the team took home a 3-1 victory over the number sixth ranked Millersville University Marauders.
The standouts in the game for the Wildcats were junior midfielder Marius Skattum Dahl, sophomore midfielder Marcus Hedemann, sophomore forward Evan Stevely, sophomore midfielder Ryuga Uchigashima, freshman defender Zack Fantine, and sophomore goalkeeper Bas Markus.
Skattum Dahl had one shot, one shot at the goal, and one goal in the win.
Hedemann had four shots, one shot at the goal, and one goal in the game.
Stevely had three shots, one shot at the goal, and one goal in the win.
Uchigashima had one assist in the game.
Fantine had one assist in the win.
Markus allowed one goal in 90 minutes and had three saves in the win.
