The University of Delaware football team has now won two games in a row to start the 2021 season as the team beat the Saint Francis University Red Flash 27-10 on Saturday.
The offensive standouts in the game for the Blue Hens were Redshirt senior quarterback Nolan Henderson, Graduate student running back Dejoun Lee, Redshirt junior quarterback Anthony Paoletti, and Redshirt senior wide receiver Thyrick Pitts.
Henderson went 18 for 23 with 259 passing yards, and one touchdown.
Lee rushed for 58 yards on 14 carries, and one touchdown.
Paoletti rushed for one yard on two carries, and one touchdown.
Pitts had three receptions for 61 yards, and one touchdown.

On the defensive side, the standouts for the Hens were Graduate student defensive back Andrew Pawlowski, Redshirt junior linebacker Liam Trainer, Redshirt junior defensive end Tommy Walsh, Graduate student Frank Burton III, and Redshirt senior defensive tackle Artis Hemmingway.
Pawlowski was the leader in total tackles for the Blue Hens with six.
Trainer had five tackles, and one interception.
Walsh had three tackles, and a forced fumble.
Burton had three tackles, and recovered a fumble.
Hemmingway had two tackles, and one sack.
