Delaware Sports Blitz will be showcasing student-athletes performances from this past season each week.
Each week we will look at different colleges from the state of Delaware and showcase their athlete’s performance in the chosen sport of the week.
This week is all about Delaware’s women’s basketball team which will start with graduate student forward Nicole Enabosi.
Enabosi averaged 17.1 points per game, 8.4 rebounds per game, 2.1 assists per game and 1.6 steals per game in 31.7 minutes per game in 25 games this season. The Hens forward led the team in scoring points per game with 17.1. The grad student also had eight double-doubles on the season.
The Gaithersburg, Maryland native was among the best in the Colonial Athletic Association in points per game, as Enabosi placed in the fifth spot with 17.1 points per game. The Blue Hen graduate student also placed fifth in rebounds per game in the CAA with 8.4. The Delaware forward was also ranked in the top 15 (ranked 12th) in steals in the conference with 1.6. Enabosi was in the top 12 (ranked 11th) in the conference in blocked shots with 0.8.

Delaware Ends A Four-Game Skid To Get First Win Of Season
The Blue Hens struggled in their first four games on the season but the team finally found their first win when they defeated Cal St. Fullerton 72-55 on November 29th.
Enabosi had 13 points and two rebounds in the first win.
Overtime Win For The Hens Against Santa Clara
In the Hens next win, four quarters were not enough to get the win as the team battled to get an 81-80 win over Santa Clara in overtime on November 30th.
Enabosi had a season-high 32 points in the win.
Hens Take Down Robert Morris 73-62
The Blue Hens would get their first win in December as the team won 73-62 against Robert Morris on December 7th.
Enabosi would have a double-double in the win with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Blue Hens Take A 63-44 Win Over George Mason
December was a tough month for the Hens but the team would end the month on a high note as they defeated George Mason 63-44 on December 29th.
Enabosi had 20 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks and three steals in the December win.
Delaware Halts A Two-Game Skid With 80-59 Win Vs Hofstra
The Blue Hens started the year 2020 with two tough road losses but the team would finally get a win in the new year when they beat Hofstra 80-59 at home.
The Blue Hens forward had 12 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one block in the win.
Hens Defeats Elon 65-56
Delaware would end a three-game losing streak when the team defeated Elon 65-56 on January 26th.
Enabosi had 21 points, 11 rebounds, two assists and two steals in the win.
Delaware Takes A 69-62 Win Over Towson
The Hens started the month of February on a good note, as the team beat Towson 69-62 on February 2nd.
Enabosi had 27 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists and three steals in the game.
Back To Back Wins For UD
After the win against Towson, Delaware continued to play well which turned into a second straight win. The Hens would defeat Northeastern 81-69 on February 7th.
Enabosi had 28 points, eight rebounds, one assist, two blocks and four steals in the win.
Three Straight Wins For Delaware
The Hens would continue rolling in February as the team beat Hofstra 77-67 on February 9th.
Enabosi had 17 points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals in the game.
Hens Take Home A 73-60 Win Vs Elon
The Hens defeated Elon 73-60 on February 21st.
The Gaithersburg, Maryland native had 24 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in the win.
Delaware Snaps A Three-Game Losing Streak With 63-54 Win Vs College Of Charleston
The Blue Hens would end a tough three-game losing streak with a 63-54 win over College Of Charleston on March 5th.
Enabosi had 16 points, 13 rebounds, one assist and one steal in the win.
Hens Get Final Win Vs UNCW
UD would get their final win of the season against UNCW, as the score was 61-57.
Enabosi had 21 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and one steal in the final win.
