Hannesbo’s late goal earns Wilmington University a 1-0 victory over West Chester

The game remained scoreless after one-half of play.

In the first 13 minutes of this match, Wilmington was able to get three shots off, but they all fell into the hands of West Chester’s goalkeeper Daniel Good.

The Wildcats’ next five shots attempts would either be wide left to goal, too high, or Good would get his hands on it before it landed in as a score.

Even though WilmU did not find the net in the first half, West Chester could not muster up a score either to end the first half of play with the score tied at zero.

Wilmington outshot the Golden Rams 8-5 in the first half of this game.
