Wilmington scores 11 runs in sweep of Jefferson

Wilmington won their second game, 7-5, against the Rams.

Game two stats:

RBIs: Tristyn Stewart, freshman outfielder Gabbie Saucedo, Kiersten Comer, freshman catcher Emma Zimmerman, and Danielle Hess led the team in RBIs with one.

Runs: Stewart, Saucedo, Comer, Lauren Lopez, sophomore outfielder Isabella Eleazar, Sara Miller, and Zimmerman led the team in runs scored with one.

Hits: Wilmington had a total of nine hits in the game. Lopez led the team in hits with three.

Stolen bases: Stewart, Lexi Moore, Gabie Saucedo, and Haley Downin each stole a base in the win.

Pitching: On the pitching side, sophomore starting pitcher Renamarie Rocha went seven innings, gave up nine hits, five runs, four earned runs, one walk, three strikeouts, and earned the win.
