Wilmington University scores 22 runs in sweep of Chestnut Hill

The Wilmington University softball team went into double-digits in their second win, as they took a 14-2 victory over Chesnut Hill.

Game stats:

RBIs: Sophomore first baseman Arianna Millan, Haley Downin, Gabbie Saucedo, and freshman outfielder Megan Sterling all led Wilmington in RBIs in the win with two.

Runs: Freshman shortstop/second baseman Adriana Bueno led the team in runs scored with three.

Hits: Wilmington had a total of 16 hits in the game. Bueno and Downin led the team in hits in the win with three.

Home Runs: Millan two-run homer in the win.

Stolen bases: Bueno stole two bases in the win.

Pitching: On the pitching side, starting pitcher, sophomore Molly Dill went four innings, gave up four hits, two runs, and one strikeout.

Downin would come in for Dill, as she went one inning, and one strikeout.
