Wilmington University closes out the regular season with a 1-0 win over Goldey-Beacom

The Wilmington University men’s soccer team closed out the regular season on Wednesday with a 1-0 victory over the Goldey-Beacom College Lightning.

The standouts in the game for the Wildcats were sophomore midfielder Tyler Guadagno,  sophomore midfielder Marcus Hedemann, and sophomore goalkeeper Bas Markus.

Guadagno had two shots, two shots at the goal, and scored one goal in the win.

Hedemann had three shots and one assist in the game.

Markus allowed zero goals in 90 minutes and had two saves in the game.
