CACC Semifinals: Jimena Garcia Risoto earns hat trick in 4-1 Championship berth win over Georgian Court

Wilmington takes a two-goal lead into the end of the first half

The first goal came quickly in this match as Jimena Garcia Risoto would score her first goal of the day at the 10:04 minute mark to give the Wildcats a 1-0 lead. Manuela Restrepo assisted with Garcia Risoto’s goal.

Eleven minutes later, Garica Risoto would find the net once again as she expanded Wilmington’s lead to 2-0.

Ten minutes later, Lauren Hoelke would get into the scoring fun as she scored her first goal of the day to extend her team’s lead to 3-0.

At the 42:08 minute mark, Georgian Court would make their first noise of the game as Sophia Ridolfo would knock a goal in to cut WilmU’s lead to 3-1.

Wildcats win 4-1!

The last goal of the game would come at the 70:51 minute mark in the second half as Jimena Garcia Risoto would earn a hat trick by scoring her third goal of the game and sealing a 4-1 victory for Wilmington! Kasie Lambert would assist with Garcia Risoto’s goal.
