The University of Delaware women’s basketball team continues to plow down their fellow Colonial Athletic Association opponents this season as the team defeated the UNCW Seahawks 73-66 on Saturday to get their seventh straight win in conference play.

The leading scorer in the game for the Blue Hens was junior guard/forward Jasmine Dickey, who had 23 points.
Redshirt junior forward Ty Battle recorded her eighth double-double of the season with 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Junior guard Jewel Smalls also scored in double-digits as she had 16 points.
Delaware had the advantage in multiple categories in the game, which included points off of turnovers (22-11), second-chance points (9-5), rebounds (44-40), assists (14-7), turnovers (18-25), blocks (5-1) and steals (13-10).
Blue Hens also had the advantage at the three-point line shooting 31.3 % (5-16) and UNCW shooting 10.0 % (1-10).
