Jyáre Davis scores 26 points in Blue Hens 67-56 win over Rhode Island

The University of Delaware men’s basketball team earned their eighth win of the season on Saturday with a 67-56 win over the University of Rhode Island Rams.

Senior forward Jyáre Davis led the team in scoring in the win with 26 points.

Fifth-year guard Jalun Trent also scored in double-digits, as he had 12 points.

Delaware had the advantage in multiple categories in the game, which included points in the paint (32-28), points off of turnovers (19-13), second-chance points (13-4), turnovers (13-20), and steals (12-7).
