Goldey-Beacom’s first-half goal earns them a 1-0 victory!

The Lightning did not waste any time putting a goal on the board, as Miley Jones would have the ball find the back of the net at the two-minute mark in the game to give her team a 1-0 lead.

Neither team would get off many shots in the first half, as Goldey had four and Staten Island only had one.

In the second half, GBC would fire off 12 shots, but just none of them found the net. The Dolphins had four shots in the second half of the game.
