Wilmington University leads by one goal at the end of the first half.
In the first 37 minutes and forty-five seconds into this game, WilmU would pepper Chestnut Hill’s goalkeeper Stephen Connor with eight shots, but none of the attempts found the net.
A minute and six seconds later, Wilmington would get one past Conner as Malcom Young would find Osiel Robledo, who gave his team the 1-0 lead with a two-touch goal.
The Wildcats were ready to find the net in the first half as they outshot the Griffins 12-2.

The scoring did not take as long to happen in the second half as Richard Thompson would find Tajhay Williams, who knocked the next goal in for Wilmington to take a 2-0 advantage at the 47:10 minute mark.
In the next 27 minutes, WilmU would fire off seven shot attempts that either missed the mark or were blocked from going in the net by Chestnut Hill’s goalie Stephen Connor.
Wilmington’s relentless shot-taking would pay off as Yvan Moundou would find Marcus Hedemann, who would blast one in for the score to seal a 3-0 victory.
