Our 2024-2025 season player review series continues with the Wilmington University women’s basketball team as the spotlight turns to senior guard Armani Bell-Jackson.

Bell-Jackson was second on the team in scoring this season, with 9.1 per game.

When WilmU needed a basket this season, Bell-Jackson came in the clutch with one, recording double-digits in 13 games. She also recorded one game where she posted 30 points.

The Delaware native closed the season with a bang this year, scoring a season-high 30 points in the last game of the season against Dominican (N.Y.). She made 11 of her 22 shots, drained three of her seven attempts from the three-point line, and hit all five of her free throws.

Bell-Jackson also had her eye on the boards this year, as she was sixth on the team in rebounds per game with 2.4. She had 19 games where she collected two or more rebounds. The Wildcats senior season-high in rebounds was on January 6th versus Chestnut Hill, where she had six.

She also knew how to get the opposing team to turn the ball over, as she was fourth on the team last season in steals per game, with 0.6. Bell-Jackson had four games where she swiped two or more steals.

Bell-Jackson averaged 9.1 points per game, 2.4 rebounds, and 0.6 steals in 28 games.
